Explore what we offer
Service A, or the “Basic” service includes an oil and oil filter change, in-depth visual inspection, check for oil leaks and any other developing issues. We use only Generac OEM parts and oil, or OEM parts and oils required for other brands of generators serviced. With the temperature extremes we experience here in MT, Generac suggests annual oil changes, with hours not exceeding 200 hours. Pricing for air cooled units, up to 28Kw.
Service B, or the “Intermediate” service includes an oil and oil filter change, spark plugs change, air filter change, valve lash adjustment (if applicable), in-depth visual inspection and operational test, check for oil leaks and any other developing issues. We use only Generac OEM parts and oil, or OEM parts and oils required for other brands of generators serviced. Generac requires this service (excluding spark plug service) at 25 hours, and then every 400 hours (with spark plug service). Pricing for air cooled units, up to 28Kw.
Billed by the hour, one hour minimum. For repairs and issues on out of warranty units or issues not covered by warranty. Travel fee may apply. Parts and supplies billed as needed.
